Fran Calow, who previously excelled in a sales role with the audio production company PHMG, and Daniella Edwards-Davies, who comes from a background in construction, are both passionate about championing women in finance. Their diverse experiences and shared enthusiasm for their new roles promise to bring fresh perspectives and energy to our dynamic sales team.
As they've settled in, Fran and Daniella have already made remarkable impressions. Both Fran and Daniella are advocates for women in finance, and they’re excited to bring their passion to Somo.
Reflecting on her new role, Fran shared, “I was once told that to get anywhere in life, you needed to start in sales. Watching the senior sales team at Somo has confirmed that for me — they’ve been incredibly supportive, and the on-the-job training has been invaluable. I’m really inspired by how quickly others have progressed here, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me.”
Daniella echoed this enthusiasm, saying, “I’m really enjoying my new role at Somo. The company culture is fantastic; there’s a genuine camaraderie within the team, and it’s a fun environment where everyone looks out for each other. I’ve never had workplace meditation before, and it’s been a game-changer for my well-being!”
