It's back! We're offering One Month Interest Free for clients of Brokers who 'lock-in' a deal with us in February 2024.
Our anticipated promotion returns next month (February 2024) and we’re refunding one month of interest for all cases that 'lock-in’ in February 2024! And, this year the savings are even bigger and better as there is no maximum saving, allowing for unprecedented discounts for clients.
As part of the month-long initiative, we’re treating Borrowers to their first month interest free, applicable to both serviced and retained loans; a significant saving that can make a substantial difference in the overall cost of the loan.
To qualify, the lock-in and Valuation fee must be paid between 5th February 2024 and midnight on 29th February 2024. The first month rebate will then be paid on full repayment of the loan.
Members of the wide range of Networks that we are partnered with also have an exclusive four-day early access to claim the offer from 1st February, allowing members to secure the best deals for their clients before the official launch date.
The promotion has proved exceptionally popular with Brokers in the past and resulted in our most successful month in 2023.
